How can I follow the tracking of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an puchase order number, available on your customer area, in order to follow the tracking of your delivery.

What online payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Amazon payment.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged when you pay your puchase online.

How long do candles burn?

Depending on the size of candles, the burning lasts between 17h (70g), 60h (400g) and 150h (2kg).

How are L'Aurore candles made ?

L'Aurore candles are entirely handmade. The perfume is conceived by our in-house Perfumer. Our candles are poured by hand and by us in our workshop.

How long do I have to wait for my order to get in process ?

Orders are taken care of within 48h (working days).
