How does it work ?

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your purchases ( The candle's glass obviously adds weight to the initial quantity of wax)

Assess your shipping fees in your shopping bag or product sheet.

To get home deliveries, we offer you a large choice of carriers with the best prices : La Poste with Colissimo and registered letter. Chronopost, Relais Colis and Mondial Relay/Happy Post.

If you are meeting any problem with your parcel, you can contact the customer service of the carrier.

- For the French Post, La Poste (Colissimo & Lettre Suivie) :

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DELIVERY, IT'S IN YOUR BEST INTEREST ! 

ALWAYS check the content of your package in front of the carrier, even if it looks good on this outside.

You have the right to refuse a delivery whose content is damaged, but to do so, you must be precise concerning the state of your products. This way, we will be able to help you better!

You are not legally covered with vague mentions such as "subject to unpacking". This is why we ask you to be precise.


BE CAREFUL : La Poste does not cover any damage.

As far as the others carriers are concerned, here are the instructions following the delivery.

- Always check your delivery in front of the carrier BEFORE signing the delivery order. Know that a carrier cannot refuse your right to check a delivery.

- If you assess a delivery as too damaged, simply refuse it.

- In the case where you wish to keep your package despite the damage, mention it on the delivery order with as much precision as possible. Ex : Your oil burner is broken, please note "broken oil burner".

We remind you that vague mentions such as "subject to unpacking" are not legally valid. You will not be covered by using them.
